We are proud to announce that the Socalco Leather Sideboard has been awarded at the Archiproducts Design Awards 2025 in the Furniture category. This distinction celebrates outstanding design on a global scale and reinforces Greenapple’s commitment to excellence.
Designed by Rute Martins, Greenapple’s co-founder and Creative Director, the Socalco Leather Sideboard is a testament to craftsmanship at its highest level. Fully wrapped in supple leather and topped with natural marble, it showcases the artistry of our master artisans, who bring precision and sensitivity to a complex, detail-driven process. More than a functional piece, the Socalco Lather Sideboard reflects a deep understanding of materials and form, elevating traditional techniques into contemporary design.

The 2025 Awards were judged by an exceptional international jury of architects, designers, creative directors, and curators — including Claudia Afshar (Claudia Afshar Luxury Interiors), Neri&Hu, Giulio Cappellini, Michael Chen K. (Michael K Chen Architecture) and Norm Architects — whose collective vision defines the future of global design.
This year marked a double celebration: ten years of the Archiproducts Design Awards and twenty-five years of Archiproducts. The awards ceremony in Milan honoured outstanding creative voices, including Elisa Ossino, named Designer of the Year 2025, and a special tribute to iconic brands such as Poltrona Frau, De Padova, Gandia Blasco, Minotti, and Salvatori. It also follows the legacy of past winners such as Patricia Urquiola, one of the most influential figures in contemporary design.
